The Terrapex Burlington office is seeking an experienced, motivated Project Manager with demonstrated project management experience and the ability to develop and maintain excellent client relationships.   The position will involve:

  •  management of Phase I and II environmental site assessments and remediations, including completion of Records of Site Condition;
  • completing remedial options assessments, designing and implementing remedial action plans;
  • providing QA/QC and senior review of technical reports and proposals;
  •  preparing proposals, developing new business and maintaining existing clients;
  • being responsible for the management of one or more long-term clients;
  • provision of technical expertise, supervision and training of junior personnel;
  • administration of projects including invoicing, budget tracking and scheduling;
  • assisting in corporate management and affairs. 
The successful candidate will have a minimum of ten years experience in the environmental consulting industry, P.Eng. or P.Geo. designation, a strong technical background, knowledge of environmental regulations and excellent communication skills. Experience working on federal government projects will be an asset.  We are looking for motivated candidates with the ability to work both on a team and individually, a good work ethic and excellent communication skills, who take pride in the quality of their work.  
 
Preferred start date: September 2010 (flexible)
