Mike Osborne, M.A.Sc., P.Eng.
Mike is a Principal of Terrapex in charge of the Toronto office, and is a Designated Consulting Engineer under the Ontario Professional Engineers Act. Mike has undergraduate and graduate degrees in Civil Engineering, Water Resources, from the University of Waterloo, and has worked in the environmental industry and as a consulting engineer since 1981. Mike has managed over 1000 projects involving assessment and remediation of contaminated sites. He has served as an expert witness in civil and criminal court cases, and in OMB and EPA hearings. He is regularly retained to provide peer review of environmental reports on behalf of municipalities and for the private sector.

Jennifer O’Grady, M.Eng., P.Eng.
Ms. O’Grady is Vice President and a Senior Project Manager responsible for management of a wide range of site assessment and remediation projects for many industrial, government, petroleum, and rail clients. She holds degrees in Engineering Chemistry and Chemical Engineering (Environmental) and has been working as an environmental consultant since 1990. In addition, Ms. O’Grady assists in overall management of Terrapex, including corporate strategy, personnel management, corporate health and safety, quality control and business development.

Peter Sutton, P.Eng.
Peter Sutton is a Senior Project Manager in the Toronto office. Peter has a degree in Geological Engineering, has worked in the industry since 1994 and is a Designated Consulting Engineer. His experience in the assessment and remediation of contaminated soil and groundwater includes the design, installation and operation of numerous in-situ remedial systems including soil vapour extraction, air-sparging, multi-phase extraction, and groundwater recovery ("pump and treat").

Paul Hubley, M.Sc., P.Geo.
Paul is Vice President in charge of the Ottawa office and is a Designated Professional under the Professional Geoscientists Act of Ontario. Paul has undergraduate and graduate degrees in Earth Sciences with speciality in hydrogeology. He has worked in the environmental industry since 1989 during which time he has conducted over 700 projects involving the assessment and remediation of contaminated sites, in both the private and public sector. Paul has vast experience in developing remedial options, conducting liability assessments and conducting in-situ and ex-situ remediation of contaminated sites. Paul is regularly retained to review legal cases and conduct third party reviews.

Burlington

George Kosztyo, B.Sc., P.Geo.
George is the Manager of the Terrapex Burlington office. He has an Honours degree in Physical Geography and Environmental Studies and is licensed as a Professional Geoscientist in Ontario. He has worked in the environmental consulting industry since 1990, directing, managing, and conducting environmental site assessments, underground storage tank removal programs, and site remediation projects on various sites ranging from military, government, industrial, commercial, petroleum, and railway properties to remote First Nation Communities. He has extensive experience in the preparation of work plans, remedial options feasibility studies, and proposals for a wide variety of projects (including environmental audits, Phase I, II, and III ESAs, monitoring and compliance programs, monitoring well-abandonment programs, in-situ and ex-situ remediations, etc.)

Jeff Stevenson, B.Sc., P. Geo.
Jeff is a Senior Project Manager in the Burlington office. He holds a degree in biology and environmental science, is a licensed Professional Geoscientist and has been working in the environmental consulting industry since 1990. Jeff provides complete project management services including project design, cost projection, budget tracking, scheduling, client/regulatory agency liaison, and supervision of project team members.
