Expert Testimony

Several of Terrapex’s principals and senior staff are qualified as expert witnesses. 

Terrapex has provided expert witness services for criminal and civil court proceedings, Environmental Protection Act hearings, and Ontario Municipal Board hearings. 

As a result of this experience, all Terrapex staff have been trained on the rigours of discovery, and the requirements of field-note preparation and file maintenance.
