Paul has worked in the environmental consulting industry since 2011 and joined Terrapex in 2016. Specialising in risk assessment, vapour intrusion assessment, and risk management, Paul uses his technical skills to assist clients navigate the regulatory, municipal conveyance, and transactional due diligence processes. He has a keen interest in brownfield redevelopment strategy and regularly consults for a broad range of public, residential and commercial real estate, and industrial clients.

As a Senior Risk Assessor, Paul is responsible for the completion of human health and ecological risk assessments for brownfield properties impacted by historical property uses under applicable regulations and frameworks such as Ontario Regulation 153/04 and Canada FCSAP, as well as for due diligence purposes. Paul acts as a peer reviewer for Greater Toronto Area municipalities assisting with files relating to environmental due diligence and has also advised the Ontario Ministry of the Environment, Conservation and Parks on technical issues related to risk assessment. In addition to his risk assessment specialty, Paul also serves as a client account lead at Terrapex for a national commercial REIT.

Paul holds a Master of Environmental Science degree from the University of Toronto and is a Qualified Person in Risk Assessment (QPRA) under O. Reg. 153/04, able to lead the completion of risk assessments in Ontario.
