Terrapex routinely provides peer review services to municipalities to ensure environmental standards are upheld for new development applications and to legal firms and corporations for real estate transactions.  The scope of work varies with the complexity of the project and may include:

• review of Phase I and Phase II ESAs and site remediation reports;
• third-party review and inspection of remediation activities;
• collection, analysis and interpretation of duplicate samples;
• meetings with regulators and stakeholders.
