Terrapex Enviromental Team
Senior Management
The Terrapex senior management team consists of an energetic group of Professional Engineers and Professional Geoscientists, including the Principals of the company, offering a wealth of experience in all aspects of environmental site assessment and remediation. The senior managers provide leadership, technical guidance to other project staff, senior review of deliverables and direct consulting to clients. Also they are all hands-on project managers and client liaisons who have considerable experience doing the field work as well as managing the work. Senior managers at Terrapex are encouraged to participate in the direction and planning of the company, and all have various active roles in mentorship, business development, protocols and procedures, extra-curricular events, and achieving an even higher quality of working environment.
Project Staff
Terrapex project staff consists of a friendly and cohesive group of technicians, technologists, scientists and engineers with formal training at the post-secondary level. All staff, from junior technicians to senior management, work closely together as various dynamic teams, depending on their particular skills and the nature of the work. In choosing project teams, we consider staff from all offices, subject to practical considerations, which results in a great deal of communication and cooperation between offices and at all “levels” of staff. We believe that the right person should be made available for the work. We believe that technical staff should not be strictly field or strictly office – members participate in a wide variety of tasks that increases their experience while adding value to our work. We also encourage all to participate in working groups (such as the Health and Safety committee, ISO, etc.) and training seminars to maintain their skills at the highest level.
